If I find a girl attractive but she has zero or almost zero boobs I discard her.
I just pay attention to girls that have medium to large boobs; unless the one with tiny boobs is SUPER CUTE I dont even want to bang her.

I've had two situations with girls with tiny boobs and it was a disapointment and I enjoyed a lot less.

There are a lot of women who are D cup or larger, but wear sports bras and clothing that straps their boobs down, so that no one can tell they have big t!ts. They don't want male attention because of their boobs.

I have noticed that there are not a lot of big t!t women on dating sites. Showing cleavage for C cup or larger indicates being down to fvck. Showing cleavage or a bikini pic for A or B cup is an attempt to hide the fact that she is flat.
