I'm only 22. Some mornings when I wake up, I notice that I have one or two new white hairs on my head. I usually just pulled them out, but lately it's been *every* morning. I just keep pulling them out.

I'm not stressed out. My diet is improving. My health is on the upswing. I don't know anyone in my family who started getting white hair at such a young age.

Does anyone here know why this is happening? :(

White hair is cool. Wait until all of your hair is white. People will think you dyed it. White is especially cooler if it's silver.

It's known that having white hair means you think alot.
It's good, just stop thinking and start moving more (yes, I mean excercise).

Interesting...

Is there a correlation between inactivity and white hair?

My roomate is 20 and his hair is getting really white. He studies all day and has a 94% GPA, but he never gets any exercise. Could this be the cause???

Yes, most likely. Don't forget genetic also plays a role.

I doubt inactivity cause white hair but I do know that if you're not moving alot, you're usually studying or working on a table. (or playing game)
