Ugh. And I guess now we have TWO mods on the "demod NOW" list.
Ah well, any publicity is better than no publicity.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Why the hell should we put our time and effort to post good stuff when you and Gio can't do the same AS MODERATORS, where you have an obligation to set an example? Practice what you preach.Originally posted by TheVirtualMind
Hmmm, aren't there two of us on that "moderators for this forum" list? We get to it, it's just a matter of time. If people would post GOOD stuff in Tips, then it'd be better in there.
By the way, backseat moderating isn't a great endowment to getting a spot here. Do YOUR fycking job and just post GOOD stuff, not stuff that compares to what ends up in the toilet after fajita night.
Allen is the only one with the power to ban people. Obviously the owner of the site is just as incompetent as his moderators are.Originally posted by Wyldfire
I can't believe they banned crowes. Although a bit rough around the edges...crowes actually CONTRIBUTED to the discussions and he rarely bothered with flame wars. If he was pissed enough at Gio to start those threads, there was a reason for it.
Allen needs to do some serious house cleaning with the moderators. Diablo and Paradox seem to be the only ones who actually take the position seriously and give a damn about the site. It shows in how they moderate. I guess there could be others who don't come around very much anymore, but I see diablo and paradox doing most of the work and I happen to think it's really sh*tty that the lazier moderators have no respect for the fact that they make more work for the ones who actually DO the job they volunteered to do.
What a shame...
VM, the point you are missing is that you CAN'T expect the members to post quality stuff if the goddamned moderators behave like 3rd graders, which is exactly what Gio does. And you are making excuses for him and then biotching at everyone else for behaving just like him. It is your responsibility as a moderator to be IMPARTIAL and FAIR and RESPONSIBLE. Stop making excuses for Gio when it's so obvious that his behavior sucks.Originally posted by TheVirtualMind

Allen doesn't spend much time reading stuff. Unfortunately, Gio was running to the moderator forum posting about how crowes insulted him. However, you can bet your sweet ass that Gio didn't include the part about HIM being an ass and instigator. Allen has no idea what Gio does and until one of the other mods clues him in he won't know.Originally posted by MetalFortress

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
And you're still here, as are 17k other members...Originally posted by MetalFortress
Screw that. The owner is going to find himself without any DAMN HOUSEGUESTS if him and his cabinet keep up with their incompetence.
The last time I PMed him (as did many other members) about Gio, he did nothing. I guess it's time to start bombing his message box...Originally posted by Wyldfire

Screw off. I'm going to stay here and put a roadblock in the path of all of the nazi bastards as long as they are still in charge.Originally posted by aftershock

If you are serious, vote with your feet and leave, or set up your own website.
Crowes was here back when I first joined. We don't always agree, but he's a valuable member and he and I respect each other a lot. Gio should be banned before Crowes. I'm really pissed over this.Originally posted by ( . )( . )
The first time I've ever 100% fully agreed with Wyldfire. Banning Crowes was ridiculous. Which moron made that call?
Tsk Tsk Tsk .
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Same. This board is not going to last if the nazi bastards are allowed to stay in charge.Originally posted by 007~JC
Yep. Just did.

You'd do a much better job than the idiots in charge right now. Hell, I'd be in favor of you taking over the admin spot, too. This place would go back to the glory days.Originally posted by 007~JC
I swear to God I should have a Mod spot so I can clean this place up.

well, since this thread is now completely off topic anyway, maybe someone can explain what crowes did to get banned?Originally posted by ( . )( . )
WTF!! You got to be kidding me.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
ah...ok, well that explains it. sounds reasonableOriginally posted by MetalFortress
Posted a thread to Gio. When it got moved to the Mod board (for review I guess) he posted a second one. Gio stealth edited it to make him look gay, and then locked the thread. Shortly thereafter, he was banned.
From what I remember as a moderator, it won't let you "stealth edit" a thread now. On the newer versions, you can. On this version, it'll always show "Thread Edited by:"Originally posted by MetalFortress

You want to meet?
I doubt crowes22 actually wrote that he wants to meet Gio...and besides, a thread asking to 'meet Gio' wouldn't warrant a ban...so, I think that's what Metal meant by "stealth edit"Originally posted by Giovanni Casanova
No, I will not date you. Quit asking.

Yep. Stealth edits should still be possible within the first minute or two of a post being made. In fact, I'll test it on myself...
ED1: Stealth Edit... did it work?
ED2: Yep. Stealth editing can still be done.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
