"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Now what about milk? Lets look away from domestication. Do you think a wild cattle is going to let you suck it's nipples? Hell no. The fact that this cattle is producing milk means she has a reason to, to feed her calf. No one else. Sometime in a calfss life their body changes. Their stomachs and metabolism are changing to breakdown grass not milk. They stop drinking their mothers milk and start to eat grass. It's the same thing for humans. After a while we stop sucking on our mothers tits and start putting real food into our mouths.

You know I thought things like this were common sense. Then again I almost can't blame you. Everyday we hear that milk is good for us. It's easy to believe when you hear this everyday.

Does milk not break down into amino acids, fatty acids, and sugars like every other food or something?

I don't know. Would a chick naturally let a 35-year old suck her tits?

For those of you saying that you should eat only the things you would be eating naturally, I daresay you would have to switch out your diet.. A lot.

For another thing, we're all so used to pasteurized and cleaned and purified and flourinated and just about sanitized that we can't take the food that we ate when we were in a more natural habitat. Civilization pampered our immune system.

Take this example. Take someone that is poor and lives in a rural environment. Say, they eat snakes sometimes and stuff like that. Say the water there isn't treated. If he/she survives, you can bet he won't get food poisoning. Would you? YES Should you eat the same natural things as he/she did? NO
