Im 210 and today im goig to the gym and i wanted to know if i should do cardio for some weeks and then do weights or to do both at the same time.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It depends on how tall you are and your body fat, but I'd say weights. Then again I'm fairly new here too so up to you.

You need to do both to be effective. Cardio will burn calories, but will not help your resting metabolism. The more toned/muscle you build, the higher the resting metabolism.
