“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hello everyone!
It would be helpful to discuss what impacts your life after 30 more in terms of attractiveness: a Hair or a Physique??

I mean, we all know that a certain amount of experience and inner game are unbeatable, that is a man core, and at the same time, we all know that we can't deny the importance of appearance and how we present, and we also know that these traits impact both objectively and subjectively.

Your experiences.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

This is a difficult question for me to answer because I've always had good hair and still do, so I don't know how much going bald would have affected my appeal, such as it is.

My physique has changed over the years though and I am sure that being in good shape has an impact, especially having lower body fat (which also shows in the face - for me, quite a lot). So, I've voted for physique.

I noticed a huge difference in how women responded to me from when I had slight balding (nearly full hair) to significant balding. I originally believed all the “No big deal” or “older women don’t care about it” advice, but that was not my experience at all.

I was never “ripped,” just reasonably fit. So I don’t have a strong opinion on that one way or the other.

I've also find out that height plays a critical role if you're bald/balding.

I don't care about hair, I do not think it is the most important think for guy unless he wants to play the game to the limits - still my hair look good.

However I can tell that my physique was affected. Simple example:
30y old me - 300 push ups in 3-5 series 2-3x per week w/o warm up whatsoever, other exercises in the same training session 2-3x per week, around 40 pull ups in 3 series in each training session
35y old me - around 230 push ups in 4-5 series 2x per week w/o warm up whatsoever, other exercises in the same training session 2-3x per week, around 20 pull ups each time
40y old me - around 230 push ups in 4-5 series WHEN I HAVE TIME FOR TRAINING (with kid, job,side-business I have not much, and the time I have I use for blowing off steam/stress from having a 1y old daughter and job), I do other exercises in the same training session, I do not do pull ups anymore (no pull up machine where I live, I am too lazy to use public pull up options), last time I done some pull ups it was 4 months ago - I was able to do 10

human nature. we focus on what we do not have. when the real balance is very positive with what we do have. if i flip this question around, body is way more important on a girl than hair. would take bald over whale or tooth pick any day.

For me it was hair but that's because I let myself slip in my mid 30s. I still lifted weights and exercised but didn't adjust my diet and got very doughy and at one point borderline obese. I carried it well so didn't look too gross but had I been bald it would have been way worse.

Luckily now I've lost some 20-30 pounds since then (10-15 kilo) and still retain my hair.

Hair is meaningless. Shave your head you'll be fine.

Physique will get you laid/not laid far more than hair ever will
I think its just the opposite.

Not speaking in extremes, I think women prefer great hair and not really in shape over bald and good body. Now once you get into 6'1 and above, the conservation changes a little bit, but enough to move the needle.

If a man is not fat but doesn't really work out and has great hair, he will get ALOT more attention from women than a bald man in great shape. Unless the man is like 6'4 and a swimmer and 22 years old, then OK, but otherwise, no, I don't think its close.

Heck, they can put a man on the moon. We can go to space no problem. We go to very deep depths of the ocean. We invented airplanes. We invented cars. We invented the internet! We cannot regrow hair on a man's head.

Keep your hair gentlemen, its VERY important.

Nah...I've rocked a bald head for years now and it's made no difference other than helped if anything.

Man I wish I can go back to my early 20s, I was always getting stares and indicators of interests from cute ladies who were in their mid 20s and up…But I suffered from social anxiety and an early bout of quarter crisis.

Getting older you rely more on your personality, the way you dress, your scent, and your charm to get you by with people, not just with women. Currently still here in South East Asia, Im coming back to The Rio Grande Valley, Texas Christmas Day. Looking forward to indulging a lot of tacos, going to coffee shops , riding my Nissan Juke, wearing my navy blue blazer while out in public.

Maybe that's a good look that fits you though. I'm not balding, but I'm pretty sure I would not look good with a shaved head.

Maybe...I get told I look intimidating like I'm a drill sergeant a lot with the bald head

I think it depends on the woman..

Whenever I have my hair done, the women who notice, tend to be on the heavier side.
Perhaps fishing for return compliments?

When I dropped bf, the only women who commented were trim themselves.

So if you're into big booty women with great hair, invest in a good stylist.

But if you prefer women who look after their fitness, you must do likewise.

This simply isn't true. A man with a full head of hair will always have an advantage assuming all other variables are consistent.

Not in my experience. Unless you've been on both ends of the spectrum, your opinion is meaningless because you are only guessing.
