i've recently started using a protein supplement to help with gaining muscle and strength, but i've always heard things about creatine supplements helping with this even more. can anyone (preferably with experience) offer some advice as far as this stuff's concerned?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You'll probably see more gains with a whey supplement than with creatine when taking either one by itself. So if its a question of money, it would be better spent on whey. If possible you should combine the two. Most people I know, including myself, that take supplements combine them.

It's like comparing apples and oranges. They do different things. Whey is pure food, protein for building muscle. Creatine helps with recovery and a whole bunch of other ****. Usually people get sufficient amounts of creatine from normal foods, like red meat.

Now, if it comes down to picking only one of them (because of money reasons or whatnot), go with whey.
