whey in oatmeal

hey guys

I have been eating whey + oatmeal + 4 eggs for breakfast.

I find it very difficult to "fold in" my whey and stir it in. I get these dry chunks of whey and have to spend 5 minutes or so smashing them up. My question is, how do you guys blend your whey and oatmeal??

This morning I tried using a blender and got this thick pasty stuff that was diffficult to get down, but I ate it anyways. Let me know so I can make good oatmeal whey to eat :) thanks

Sounds like blending should do the trick, just put in more water.

Buy a coffee bean grinder from walmart theres a cheap one there for like 12bucks and grind the oats in that.

be carefull cooking your oatmeal with whey in it. keep in mind that whey cooks at a certain degree losing its nuritional table (thats why protein bars are never baked)

no, I cook my oatmeal first. Then I put it in a blender and add the whey and blend.

it came out all thick and weird though. I was very hard getting downbecause it was like eating paste. hmm i guess it's comparable to eating cookiedough or something, but more fluid like

Don't make oatmeal. Get plain oats. Put them in a cheap coffee bean grinder dry. This will give you a powder. Then put the oat powder in your shake. This is the easiest way i've found for eating a good deal of oats in the shortest amount of time.
