For relationships/commitment, it's pretty much an even playing field. Me personally I think I'm more selective than 99% of women. It's same thing for all my other friends who are good looking and successful - we want everything - looks, body, personality, character.

Some men are picky, some not so much. Some women are picky, some not so much.

I don't think there's any general rules regarding this, but men who are less skilled with the ladies like to blame them for being picky. Puts the focus away from the truth that it's themselves that needs to change.

They are picky because the environment they live in today allows them to be picky. About 100 years ago, they could not even barely pick what they could wear.

I think the idea is that she's more picky the more clear her mind is, not so picky if she's drunk or you make her horny
