"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Where can I find ****y/funny material?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

David D is the specific guru you're looking for. He coined it, if I'm not mistaken.

Come on guys, be nice. He's gotta start somewhere.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Material??? You mean stuff that is practiced, memorized and told like a 20 year old Saturday Night Live skit? To be relegated to syndication and remembered as re-run like shows shown on TV-Land where women would say "I remember when I first heard that line and thought it was funny, but I hear the same thing from so many guys that it sounds like a routine..."

Ever think that he might be perfectly funny in his own right, but he's just new to the idea of "****y and Funny"? I know that when I first started here, I was plenty funny, but I didn't exactly grasp what C+F meant. I read a few examples and figured out the 'form' of C+F, and sure enough, now I'm about as C+F as they come. Girls have told me that I act a little TOO ****y sometimes, but I make them laugh a lot more. I say that's exactly where you're supposed to be.

You're an idiot. Stop talking out of your ass, and say something helpful.

In a classroom I could stand up on my desk and wave my **** around, people would laugh...That's not a gift buddy.

Now, to the OP...Buy some standup comedy DVDs and watch them afew times. Focus not on WHAT the guy is saying, but HOW he says it. Standup comedians can say almost anything, and people will laugh. It's HOW they say it that makes it funny. Just like in a social setting. To be C + F, its not so much WHAT you say, but HOW you say it.

1. Focus on watching their body language, voice tones, and hand gestures.
2. Read comics and jokes on the internet. One-liners are best, things that are easy to remember and then say again. After awhile, like anything you practice, you will eventually be able to find humour in things that other people might not. That's the essence of being funny. To be ****y just means you have to have to convey that you're better than the people around you..IE insults or mocking.

I admit that I've always had a sense of humour and never needed to watch/read comedy to be funny. But i noticed that when i started watching comedy and reading jokes off the net, I was able to pick up on funny situations alot faster and exploit them.

Just treat Developing a Sense of Humour as another life skill that you have to learn, get experience, and have real-world practice at.

Good luck,

And KillaPetehog, shut the FVCK up.

Yeha listen to Blue Eyes. Save your money. Buy some cheap stand up DVD's or watch stand up comedy shows. Work on developing a sense of humor. Look at the funny side of life.

Thank you for your replys.

I do know what ****y funny is Im just tryin to expand it. Im looking for good C+f and just filtering out the ones that are just crap.

Like Trapper, That was good link some good stuff there and some crapy ass sh*t thats not the best use of it. Thanks

I love c+f but like anything Its not the recipe. Its a spice to use every know and then. Just like Salvatore said
C&F is different in every single situation, there's no "1 size fits all".

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

If you want to see CF in action get some old DVDs of some Frank Sinatra movies. "Pal Joey" is a GREAT example of CF, and how to use push-pull. The older movies are better b/c they focus on the storyline instead of cinematography - making these movies a pure gold mine of CF style.

Remember - Frank Sinatra, Cary Grant, and some of the older actors were doing CF before David D was even a sperm.

dueces yo,
