No just kidding dude, but seriously. Let's say you're out on a date, you start out with lots of kino, teasing her a bit, making lots of jokes. Be really flirty, and something amazing will happen. You should start to notice she will become very comfortable in your presence. After you can tell she's comfy, she'll start to be the one to initiate the kino and stuff, this shows she's interested. I usually go in for the kiss whenever there is a silence in the conversation. Then, you can either just go in for the kiss, or say something like "I'm going to kiss you."
This works at any part of the date, preferrably the first date, you may end up making it awkward if you let it linger for too long. Pay attention to her body language and stuff, you can usually tell when the girl wants a kiss. I noticed a girl wanted a kiss from just the way she was looking at me. Or when you go to take the girl home after the date. When the girl tries to stall you, as in her delaying to leave you, or tries to start up a conversation when you're about to leave, that usually means she wants something before the date ends, and most of the time, they want kissed.

Seriously, when you feel that connection with her that you are not "just friends", when you look her in ther eyes and wisper a nice platitiude. Then talk quietly and pause, look her in the eyes, then smootch in....

After a reasonable amount of time aka the end of the first date...or during it. Well for me at least...thats how i roll.

When you have escalated up to that.It's a big mistake to sit around and conteplate on how you're gonna kiss her or "waiting" for the right time and stuff like that -and not building any comfort/attraction in the process cause you'll be sitting there anxious .
Yeah like Gloriously says - don't sit around and plan the moment! Some guys says "It's ok to kiss when you drop her off after the first date" - hah! That's like saying "you should take a crap at 3pm every day" - I crap when I'm ready for it! Build the tension and when you got it up to the level it needs to be - kiss her. In clubs you can do this in less than 5 minutes if you had previous initial eye contact. Use subtle kino - her hands and arms, lower back. Lean in while speaking, lean in even more so your foreheads are touching. Touch her nose ever so gently with yours "by mistake" at first, smell her neck and voilá - you'll be kissing in no time and you wont even know how it happened.

It depends but most of the time its when i get her isolated. But due to calibration sometimes I maybe be playing hard to get and I may not kiss her the first time or if she is real hot I will sometimes hold out.
