When you are LOCKED!!!

Hi guys
last night me an my buddy hang out to approach some girls.We went to a caffeteria.we sat and i saw a pretty girl who was sitting on the next bench.I started eye contact and she replied.after few minutes her friend went to buy something.I want to go and do something but my legs are locked up.agian and again i looked at her.i smile she smile and ......
but something blocked my way everytime.I am sure that i wouldn't reject but i can't move.every time i want to approach this damned thing stop me.
i don't have any problems with myself.I play tennis and I go to gym everyday,my body is in good shape.i'm one of the top students in high school and .....
i have many friends and I'm not a shy person and i don't have problem with girls at all but when i want to approach one of them all the things change.please help me to break this damned roadblock.i completely mixed up with it.

He is right, it is nothing physical at all, you are just subconsiously afraid. It may not seem it in your mind but somewere deep down inside you are afraid, you just have to tell yourself their is nothing to be afraid of.

It is kinda like, well have you ever seen a cartoon were their is an angle and devel sitting on someones shoulders, well u just have to tell the one with the wrong thoughts to get off your shoulder and out of you mind because you are going to do what you want to do.

I hope that makes sense, it does in my mind.

I will try your advices tonight and try to force myself to do it
rejection is better than regret.i'll never forget it.I was realy angry last night and you are right if I approach and even reject I will be happier because i higher my rank.
