"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi people.

Another question from the European.

If you are seriously in doubt, regarding whether or not your girls is doing as she says, is it okay to look in her phone?

I am much in doubt, usually I would say hell no, and a thought like this would never occur. But my gut is (almost) NEVER wrong, when I have this feeling about something, whatever it is, 9 out of 10 times it is true/happens.

So before I do anything, what do YOU think about looking into your girls phone?

Regards, and thanks in advance.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You display insecurity if you're looking through her phone.

Respect her privacy.

She wouldn't know that I looked, so I wouldn't loose face.

So you think it is better living in blindness? Isn't it better to sort out the rotten fruit instantaneously, instead of waiting 'till it hits you in the face?

I've seen a simmilar situation unfold on these boards, and honestly if you suspect her that much, she's not worth it.

BEAST MODE [ON]
doubt=lack of trust=lack of respect=sh1tty relationship

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I wouldn't look through my girls phone. If I do that then they would think it is right to look through my phone. That will just open up a can of worms. Just stick with your intuition though. It will usually lead you the right way.

If you're confused about the relationship it's probably over. Good women don't confuse and mix up their men.
Exactly. If you're distrusting her and thinking about spying on her then you might as well just end it because it's all downhill from there.
