“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i usually lift at around 8 or 9 pm. i also play some bball or some ping pong for fun and for some cardio. i always have my pwo shake and eat a little real food afterwards.
my question is, is it beneficial if i eat whey in the morning? like mix it in with some drink while i eat oatmeal or eggs or something.
thanks

The only time I suggest you use whey other than PWO is when you have no other food whatsoever. Get as much whole food as you can.

exactly. whey is quick in and quick through the system (exactly what you want in the pwo window) -- you're better off with other (whole food) sources of protein throughout the day.

Add a fat to it (eg whey with flax oil) and it's fine as a meal, just won't fill you up for very long.

Mix up a shake with a few whole eggs in it, so the protein's digestion is slowed. Then, as Alex says, you've got a meal, if you've got no time to make owt else. :)

Meh screw it,eat it whenever but I was always told it is most important to get whey in right before workout(10-15 minutes prior) and post workout (A.S.A.P. after working out). Remember that milk is about 80% casien + 20% whey protein.

I always have whey for breakfast. After an 8 hour fast you need some protein in your system and you need it quick. Then again, I prefer liquid breakfasts. Mine comes out to be:

~800 calories
3 servings of oats
1.5 cups 2% milk
2 scoops whey

blend & chug
