"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Sometimes its like talking to wall (coldness), then other times, after the initial interaction... I feel like she wants to eat me like a steak!!!

WTF... So frustrating at times! The only consistency is cold then warm. Maybe I'm being impatient.

It would be nice to say a warm hello, and get a warm hello back!

Could be anxiety...

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

If it works out in the end why worry about it? She will probably warm up more as she gets to know you. Are you having sechs?

It's been over a year. She should be warm enough...If I'm going to ask someone out, I'd like to know if I'm going to have a good time, or if she's just going to be a bump on a log.

(No s3x, till I'm confident that I'm going to spend the rest of my life with this person)

I may just spin the new plate for now. I'm exhausted.

A year? You've been saying "hi" and making small talk with this girl for OVER a year now?

Then you say,"She should be warm enough". Warm? After a year, she should be burnt to a crisp by now.

Why is it taking so long to ask her out? Honestly though, after MORE THAN 12 months,I don't think she's probably interested. Far as the coldness you said you feel from her in your first post,it's probably just annoyance. She probably has an inkling that you're interested, but after a year of tapdancing and beating around the bush without getting to the point, she's likely annoyed.

Maybe that's the "coldness" you say you feel from her at times.

Ok,uhhhh....and you haven't been able to determine this after more than a year of being in contact with her? It's 2017...so....you've been trying to decipher if you'd have a good time out on a date with her since 2015?

damn

At this point, personally,I think you should move on. Or to put it another way,sh1t or GET OFF the pot.

How do you determine if you'd have a good time on a date with a girl BEFORE actually going out on a date her anyway? I'm curious.

You're exhausted,huh? Heh,yeah...after a year of tapdancing...yeah,you should be.

It's been tough being homeless... It's also hard to ask girls out in my situation, so I've just been seeing them.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
