"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Just a public service announcement...the moment you show weakness and desperation to an attractive women is when her attraction will plummet. It will be very hard to recover, so do not do it.

She does not find it endearing, cute, anything like that, don't listen to what she says.

If you feel her drifting, do not chase. Continue to be witty and fun but do not come off as desperate.

Think of this guy before you feel you might be making a blunder in the game.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hand in pocket, sign of insecurity.

And no he looks badass. It's just that I've read so much stuff, too much. Every single thing I analyze and it's just too much.

In a sense I'm happy I discovered this site, in another sense not. I know much more, but want to apply it all that it has the complete opposite effect.

Last night I went out with a girl. Didn't use kino, didn't even make it seem like I was interested in her. After the date she blew up my phone and kept thanking me for the date.

It was a girl I met online and I wasn't attracted to her. HB 4 at best. I felt in control and there was no way I could mess up cause I didn't care about outcome.

If I can translate this attitude to hot women I would be unstoppable. I still get nervous around them but that dries up vag really quick.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You are way over analyzing bro. Look at his stature, his posture, the way he stands, the gaze in his eyes. It is a reflection of confidence. Could give a **** about his hand in his pocket.

A hand in a pocket is not a sign of insecurity.

God, this "body language" stuff goes way too far sometimes.
