I really been going a little down hill lately after this break up. I really need to get back in gear. I was doing stronglifts 5x5. My job took a downward spiral an I stopped I was also on a very strict diet turkey bacon low fat but kind of gave it up when I met this girl. So I think I will visit this site everyday an get my career back on track and work out at least 4 times a week also I need some education so I will try some school again reading every week and lastly I need good fvuckin karma so I might spend weekends volunteering I hope to change to something better these kids can see my 3rd child is coming anymore ideas for self improvement I welcome thanks
