If you could tell its a bs excuse ill ignore and next her. It just depends sometimes its hard to tell if the excuse is legit, if she counteroffers and re schedules then cool, ill give it another go.

I'd say don't bother contacting her. If she contacts you then see if she gives a legitimate reason why she flaked. Then you decide if you want to give her another shot. You are the prize, not her.
