Whatsapp contact initiation

This chick I went out on a few dates with would sometimes initiate contact, has expressed interest in sex (not had yet) and doing fun stuff with me, but has recently toned down the initiating . We would whatsapp everyday, with her repyling enthusiastically and asking questions when I opened, but in the past few days she hasn't initiated once. I have even tried not saying anything for 1 day. This is potential relationship material: I want her to show some interest by initiating.

Or is my thinking flawed and should I just keep initiating no matter what?

DONT initiate anything. Go ghost. If she initiates again which she will because now you will be higher value in her eyes, ask her out and BANG her that night.

BTW since you went out on few dates, I think she may have lost interest since you forgot the golden rule. ESCALATE. get her in bed asap.
