"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I am currently in the phase of slicking my hair (which is quite verdant in the front) back to cover the wide apex bald spot. It seems like it would be waste to simply go to a complete bald look, especially since it would be totally OVER for me, with my other attractiveness issues.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It's a no-no.

Shave your head completely bold and own it. That's what I do.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Is that Michel Thomas, the great language teacher, on the right? There were rumours he wore hair, but you couldn't usually tell. Unfortunately the hairline is a dead giveaway in that pic. He was a superb language teacher, though, hair issues aside.

I thought it was him, having had some of his CD courses, I recognised him even with his eyes disguised.

These days there are much more advanced, affordable hair systems which, if done right, are virtually undetectable, however that wasn't the case so much in the past, hence the 'terrible syrup' jokes.

That said, the Sean Connery pic was a hairpiece, and that was in the 1960s, so maybe the TV studios had the tech to make them look realistic even back then, but only the rich could afford that level of realism. Everyone else who wore hair had to be a laughing stock.

Aussie cricket legend Shane Warne was the poster boy for Advanced Hair Systems here in Aus.
