Protein Shake- Designer Protein or Cytodyne from Xenadrine
Fat burner- Xenadrine EFX, it is ephedrine free. I can't handle ephedrine, it gets the heart racing way too much.
Overall everyday supplement- Vitamin C to ward off colds
Creatine- Used to use it occasionally, bought the JBN version and it worked great. It is alot cheaper too. They are a good online source for supplements www.jbn.com
I tried the methoxy protein stuff (drawing a blank on the exact name) from EAS in a jar and didn't find it to do anything.
All in all I'm an occasional supplement user. I just get sick of drinking protein shakes after a while, so I stick to good whole foods and supplement only occasionally. I haven't used creatine in a few years, but had good results and will likely use it again in the future.
