Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Observing the packets there doesn't seem to be anything especially wrong with this, but it just... looks... like there would be. See I enjoy a nice british feast. Baked beans on toast with eggs. Often I'll have a whole tin of beans, three or four eggs with three pieces of good bread. The protein in a meal like this is more than 50 grams, however I keep thinking it's unhealthy in some profound way but I don't know why?

Too much sugar in the beans?

Bread causes cancer?

What's your opinions on this as a meal to eat regularly? I do love the taste.

If you're bulking, it's a good meal. There shouldn't be TOO much sugar in the beans, but it's getting up there. Off the top of my head, I think a tin of baked beans runs at about 100g. of carbs.

If you're cutting, cut it down a little. Id say only eat half of the tin of beans, and cut it down to 1 or 2 pieces of bread. Also, if I was cutting I would only eat the white of the eggs. That adjustment should tone the meal down to about 400 calories.
