I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

He also seems like a racist, as I've never seem him act so generous towards the black or latino girls that have worked there.
This is ofcourse before I became a learning PUA.Originally posted by Kalel21
Well I don't think I was ever a big big AFC I think I just had a very bad Superman Complex. Everytime I saw a woman that I liked being treated badly I would go out of way to save her. Thats it.
But for some f*cked up reason they abusers always ended up f*cking them anyway, Which I still don't understand
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
That's great. I'm not terribly attracted to girls with dark skin or tans either.Originally posted by mrRuckus
I'm not attracted to people with dark skin. Does that make me racist?

I'm not even gonna get into the ins and outs of this. Trust me, he's racist.
But anyway, I think he got into some trouble over this, again. This time, the girl that works there called off the other day. He punched her in when she was supposed to start, and punched her out when she was supposed to be done. The owner came in and decided to watch the tapes (totally random), and noticed that she wasn't there on the tape. He questioned the guy about this and he just went, "Uhh... uhh....uhh....". Then the other manager got in his face and asked him if he was "obsessed with her, or in love with her", and he literally went limp.
I missed the time when her father came in and told him to stay away from her. I heard he was a wreck.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
