“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Recently, I've been convinced of the importance of a good breakfast for health and well being. I used to skip breakfast regularly but wouldn't think of it now. It's too important to refuel the body after a night's sleep.

What are your thoughts, tips and actual breakfast routine?

I start the day usually with a protein shake, whole wheat toast with Omega 3 margarine, a banana and my various vitamin supplements. How about you?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

A shake consisting of 2 scoops whey, banana, 1 cup oatmeal, 4 eggs, handful of berries, water, and whatever else i want to throw in there - I'll have it twice and the second time i might make peanut butter on whole wheat toast

Thanks guys. They both sound pretty healthy.

My morning shake also consists of 2 scoops of protien. I'm trying one of whey and one of soya protein. I'm going to add an Omega 3 egg to the mix and some more fresh fruit. Cheers!

I've heard that soy protein actually increases estrogen levels. Can anyone confirm that?

This is true.

However you have to consume quite a bit of soy protein to cause a significant change. Perhaps drinking 2 glasses of soy milk at every meal...that would be a lot. (this is like...4-5 meals a day)

For example, red wine can cure cancer and is a strong antioxidant. However, the chemical that does this in red wine is not concentrated enough to make an impact, and you would have to be insanely drunk 24/7 for it to help you. In addition, that will hurt your liver in exchange for a cancer free life. Furthermore, due to your 24/7 drunkenness, you are more susceptible to dying in a car accident or falling onto the tracks waiting for a train.

Drink soy, but like anything else, it's good in moderation...bad in extreme amounts.

Thanks for your input. I usually have just the one scoop of soy protein per day. Hopefully it is more of a benefit than a liability. Cheers!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I wake up and have a couple of pieces of toast with whipped honey on it before I go workout. After Ill have a protein shake with just 2 scoops of ON whey in milk, then oatmeal with blueberries in it. Id say 3/4 cup of oats (that's measured) then maybe 1/4-3/8 cup of blueberries. The oatmeal does have a pretty decent amount of brown sugar but it's so good. And still less than most cereals, I put in about 2 tbs of brown sugar.

I can confirm this, sort of. I just got back from the health food store and they told me the same thing. I'm going to stick to Whey.

health food people don't really know much. i'm not a proponent of soy and while i know it breaks down into phytoestrogens, i have not encountered any solid evidence of this acting like the hormone estrogen in your body.
note: don't trust doctors, personal trainers, or people selling you stuff.

the theory is that the phytoestrogens bind to the same receptors as estrogen. since they're competing for space, some of the estrogen piles up in the body. thus the soy contributes indirectly to higher estrogen levels over the long term.
