I got called this several times before. I always laugh first, and then catch myself saying some weird things. These are a few I can remember off the top of my head:
“I love you too [name]”
“well you are what you eat”
“Why thank you”
“I know, isn’t it great?”
“And you love me for it”
“I love you [name]” (I usually only say this one after something really funny)
One girl actually said “I love you too” after that. Not gonna lie, I didn’t know what to say to THAT, that’s above beyond my level lol

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
