what's a good post workout drink?

i am a cheapo and only can get a hold of juice..if so,what is best? i heard grape increases insulin the most and is less acidic then say -OJ. i am thinking grape juice,tropical punch or V-8 fruit mix and then eating some eggs about 20 minutes later...
what do you guys use and reccomend?

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

32 grams of protein and 40+ grams of simple carbs

I go with a protein shake and a good size peanut butter and jelly sammich or/and banana

At my old gym in Northwood outside London, they had a full service bar. Judging off of what people were drinking, I'd say Guinness. I used to drink it as a meal replacement after swim practice.

Don't do what I did.

How about salmon burger w/2 slices wheat and protein shake? Is that ok?

i used to work out for three hours, drink 20 oz. of juice, eat half a pizza for dinner -then go out later that night to drink a few dozen beers and club the rest of the night :cheer:

don't do what i did..unless you want to :crazy:

Immediately post workout (as in, before even driving home), drink a dextrose/maltodextrine powder drink such as Ultrafuel. Within an hour, eat a large meal with lots of protein.
