I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I agree. If she is doing something that I dont like, I wont try to think WHY am I pizzed off, it is obvoiusly because she is disrespecting me, and I will tell her so!Originally posted by SELF-MASTERY
Isn't jealousy some what healthy and natural? Your girl is calling her ex and shi.t, that would bother me. Questions like: why is she calling him, what do they talk about, what is so special about him, is she cheating. Would pop into my head.
I think how we handle jealous is more important than the why. This forum has ALOT of bull****, most of it comming from the beloved DJ BIBLE.
If a girls actions are making me jealous I would tell her: Hey when you hug another guy, when ur chatting up guys all the time I get a little iffy about our relationship, I'll try not to get all crazy, but realize I do get jealous. You are who you are and your emotions are yours. Deal with that shi.t.
All this your fearful pretend to not to care shi.t isnt who I am, I do care and would hope that the bitc h has enough respect for me to reform some of her actions and I'll try to trust the bitc h some more.
That is all you can ask for......
You are the perfect you.
good night
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
By not getting jealous in the first place. It only shows you're insecure, and that's a real turnoff.so if you are in a relationship with a girl, and say, she gets jealous of you talking to another girl, or talking to your ex, how would you ultimately like her to handle the situation?
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
