I can only speak for myself but I'd like a 12oz Rib-eye steak and a BJ for my Birthday.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
But hey, you want to bring statistics into this? Ok.devilkingx2 said:lets see here, 50% divorce rate, 1% chance you'll end up sexually compatible, 99% chance you'll come out of the divorce with a whole lot of his money

I never "forced" him to wait. He freely chose to get involved in a relationship with me. He knew from the very beginning, before we even started dating, that this was how I was. This wasn't a "surprise". If he wants that, that's his choice. No one is forcing him to stay.
You want to use the car analogy? Fine. I'd rather have a brand new car backed by a phenomenal warranty than an old klunker that's been around the lot a half a dozen times. Let's pretend that car is a manual, too. Some inexperienced test driver has probably ground the gears or rode on the clutch when THEY test drove and now the transmission is ever so slightly damaged. But you can't tell when you test drive it...you find out years later. But you've never driven that brand new car? You don't know how it feels, how it turns, etc. You can't "guess" on it.
Sam, you can't catch crabs from a 3 dollars wh0re, stop daydreaming and start heavy petting your hard drive full of porn. I honestly feel sorry for you. The time you spent here didn't help you at all.SamTheHobit said:Oh stfu. Enjoy your tainted ho while I have a pure virgin.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Yeah, Atom, I was thinking the same thing. At the least, she's looking for answers to something. Or...there could be something missing in her relationship (hmmm) and she's getting that thrill on here.Atom Smasher said:What I DO question, is why the OP is here on SS, regularly participating in conversations with men on a men's website that is devoted to men learning how to deal with women. Does her boyfriend/fiancé, whatever he is, know about this?
If someone I was dating was hanging out on a site like this, I would regard that as a very serious red flag.
