Dont know how it is in Canada, but if you had a lot of assets like some rich guys, I would think putting those into various trusts might be an option to shield them from a woman in the event of a divorce. A lot of pre-nups can be overturned...so I guess in summary I have nothing of value to add. .......@Scaramouche I'm not getting married. I just think it's a good thing to discuss this since most women would like to eventually move in with a man, and the legal system considers common-law the same as marriage.

2. Sexual conjugation, IE "withholding" for an extended amount of time null and voids the agreement

Basically many of the BIG things that are problems in todays marriage/cohabitation.
