“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

My intentions: to play varsity soccer at U of T.

I'll be a freshman this fall and my friend who's a graduate thinks I could make it. He gave me the advice of bulking up / stronger. His opinion is that U of T wants taller players and he told me his friend who's similar to me in skill didn't make the final cut because he was small. He said he was my height and weighed 150 lbs.

Me: 130 lbs , 5'7

Now, I'm not sure what he says is true. Strength would definetly improve me slightly, but if I weighed more, wouldn't I become slower? Speed is something I am not willing to give up.

What is my ideal weight?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

In this Economy?
there is reallyno way to tell what an ideal body weight is

Appearances can be decieving

unless you put on a ton of muscle it should not slow you down

as a soccer player you prolly have a real strong lower body and a below average sized upper body

look at Diesel's post on bulking
