David D was some of the earliest material I was exposed to in my early 20s along with SoSuave. His Deep Inner Game DVD series was worth every penny when I was just starting out in dating. I always got good book recommendations that supplemented his material well, like

Eben Pagan is a former real estate agent and pick-up artist under the pseudonym "David DeAngelo", who has since become a "full scale member" of The Syndicate. He sells relationship counseling products with his wife Annie Lalla.
He's making money selling products, I can't blame the guy though. The self-improvement industry is huge. Again, I still benefitted from his material way back then and was influential in my thinking and how I approached dating, so no knocks there.
