I sometimes see girls with this sort of bump over their lip. This is a cold sore right? How does this relate to herpes. You should avoid kissing a girl with this right? What about girls who have a bump further up their upper lip closer to their nose and further to the side of their face that doesn't ever really go, like Cindy Crawford. Thats just a birthmark right?

I've never had a cold sore, but a lot of people do have it. It's a form of herpes, just not genital herpes.

Whenever I see a girl with a coldsore I immediately disqualify her.

I'm gonna have to side with Sandow on this one. If I see a girl with a coldsore, I immediately disqualify her. However I also agree with Phat Rabbit, if your too careful, your willy will never get wet, so you pick your battles.

I'll bang an escort but I won't bang a girl with a coldsore. However you never know who actually has herpes.
