“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi, I was wondering what natural foods people here eat to bul k up. I already use a supplement but wanted to expand to more natural foods.

Thanks

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Do your own research on that one. There are a myriad of sites and books with the info you seek.

By the way, whole food first, supplements second. Not the other way around.

Good question.

Here are the foods that I reccomend:

1. peanut butter, but not too much (as peanuts are potential carriers of the carcinogenic mold aflotoxin)

2. nuts--almonds, walnuts (good source of omega 3 fatty acid, which has a myriad of health benefits)

3. yogurt (actually better than milk)

4. milk (has casein and whey, too excellent protein sources)

5. eggs

6. cottage cheese

7. oatmeal

8. brown rice, white rice (try to eat brown rice, too, but white rice is alright once in a while too)

9. pasta

10. tuna (limit your tuna intake due to environmental contamination involving mercury from coal plants)

11. chicken

12. cheese

13. beef, buffalo, bison

WORKEROUTER gave you some good ideas...

You gotta focus on calorie dense food. Potatoes, rice, oats and of course lots of protein tuna, chicken, red meat etc...
