"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This is my first post on sosuave. I'm in college and I would say that i'm pretty good at gaming girls. i can talk to most girls I meet and get them interested AND i can keep the conversation going for a while and the whole time they are interested.
Problem is when im at a party without a dance floor, i'm not sure what to do all the time. Obviously if there is a dance floor I take the girl there and its over.
But when there is no dance floor, after talking to a girl for haf an hour/45 min, I don't know what to do and she still is interested in the conversation

Can you guys help me out on my first post,
thanks

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I just talk about random stuff and then when I can gives them some s**t about something i'll do it, and they usually love it and then i keep the conversation going and every few min i'll give them s**t about something else or the thing before. Its not very complicated but girls seem to love it

but my problem is what to do when there is no dance floor, how do i make the move to go for the kiss. Do i just go for it? Just do it?

You say you're at college? Do you live in the dorms? Do you have your own
place? Do you have a car? Throughout my college years, whenever I was at a
party and felt as if I was hitting it off really well with a girl, I would simply ask if she was hungry. 95% percent of the time she would say yes (drunk girls love food + she like's you = food run). Get taco's, take her back to wherever you stay, and eat her taco.

If you don't have a car, and you don't have a place to take her other then the party itself, I would look for a situation in which I could isolate her from the rest of the party. I don't care how you do it. A lot of time the girl I was talking to would have to use the bathroom. I'd go with, tell her I'd watch the door for her. You'd be shocked at how many times I was actually invited INTO the bathroom with her. And if not, when she was done, I would just pull her into the bathroom with me. Get creative. If you're holding a conversation for as long as you say you are, then it should take very little to actually get her alone.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
