"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

On days were you can't go outside due to horrible weather, what do you guys do?

I go to the gym 3 times a week and work a lot but sometimes when on off days and I don't have to work or have anything to do, I just get bored and find myself in front of my laptop all day. I don't watch shows, but am busy with my music collection or read some books (on the screen).

What else can I do? I find being in front of my laptop all day brings me down and I don't know what else I can do. Normally when it's decent enough weather, I work outside in the garden, but now...

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Do you have a garage? I hang out in my garage a lot in rainy weather. I work on my bikes, do projects, etc. I also work around the house - touch up painting, doing small improvements. And I play guitar. What are your hobbies?

That being said, get some decent weather gear and go for a run or bike ride in the rain. Totally resets my mood and day.

The only weather I'd refrain from going out is snow. Luckily don't get too much of that where I am at the moment. If its really cold I wrap up to keep warm and when its rainy I carry an umbrella. If you are an outdoors person you pretty much take in your stride but as an overall do prefer summers to winters.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Meditation.
Are you serious? I don't mean this in a bad way, I've been looking into meditation/mindfulness too, but just can't seem to put my time into it as I guess don't believe it... Does it really work?

Our mind and ego are very results/goal oriented, meditation is sort of the opposite of that. It seems odd to think of it in terms of "working" but it is effective for me if I had to put it that way.

I would recommend reading the power of now by eckhart tolle or anything by j krishnamurti.

There is a lot of overlap between becoming comfortable and settled with yourself and becoming comfortable and relaxed with women (and people in general).

Jurry supports western feminism. Disregard this person as a human being.
