TL;DR: Do I go to a non extradition country and send a consent sex form or something? Background:
Over a decade ago in the US, I was drunk at a bar and I bumped into a woman from high school. I had no idea how much she drank since I wasn't there long. She says I know you, you are coming with me. My friend saw us leave. Her friends drive me to her house. We make out I ask her if she wants sex she says yes. I try to stick it in but the condom broke so I instantly stopped. She gives me her phone number. We end up not dating because I thought she should have plan B in case a drop of pre-ejaculatory *** fell off of the condom. In sex ed they make it seem like pregnancy happens easily. She didn't believe in plan B. I had no idea how much she drank since I wasn't there long. She got married to someone else and has boys.
A year later I am at a party, I am driven away to a bar and back by a DD. A woman at the party says you are sexy, lets bang. I had no idea how much she drank since I wasn't there long. At some point during the sex she as on top and juice dripped down. Two people found us and laughed. She gave me her phone number. I try to take her on a date she didn't answer I said something in a text like last night was crazy oops. I can't remember and the cell phone is long gone. Hers probably is too. She texted "**** happens" and that was all he heard from her. I go back to the house the next week and several times after. Someone giggled and said do I do that a often I say no. A few years later she had a baby by someone else and I believe he is not in the picture. It could have been a hookup.
I used to always hear about people having drunken hook ups like it was no big deal and thought that was odd. It felt like I was the only one not doing that so I did twice eventually, but I wouldn't ever do that again. These women were going through break ups I think. There are times I've made out with chicks and I try to escalate but they say no and I instantly obey. I do not think the US legal system is fair to men. Both women consented but I don't have it on paper with a judge watching holding a camera. For a time I forgot about these instances but as I get older I wonder if it will haunt me. What are the odds of that? Although they had capacity since they could walk, talk, light/smoke a cigarette, recall their phone numbers and give them, they were not asleep nor pissing themselves, all they have to do is lie about something from a long time ago. Although I haven't talked to those people in years, I wonder if I should leave the USA? Where should I go? Could I go to another US state with a different statue of limitations? Facebook is deactivated and I blocked them and our mutual Facebook friends I don't talk to anymore. That old cell phone is long gone and theirs are too, probably. I hope I don't jinx myself by writing this stuff.
Am I being paranoid? I don't want to have to wonder. I would never do this stuff in modern times and I am a good person.
