"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

What is it exactly? Happened to me last semester, I was talking to a girl about class and then she turns around and said i was flirting with her (only found out what she said just now)

what will be the difference between just a conversation and flirting? And how to do it?

I DONT GET IT! Anybody got a video or something?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Flirting is showing sexuality to women. Men should be sexual with women as much as they want, but in this society, sexuality is wrong so that is why flirting is such a big deal.

Flirting is much more in HOW you say it rather than what you say. If you say "Hey, what's goin' on?" in a cheerful voice standing 3 ft away from her, not flirting. Say that again, but using a deeper/seductive voice, keeping strong eye contact, getting close to her, and touching her arm, that's closer to flirting.

Sometimes we give young ladies too much credit... We assume they know what they're talking about and have their sh*t together... As guys, we also tend to assume that WE are the problem or did something wrong. If you're telling us what really happened, then it sounds like this young lass is either confused, isn't used to speaking with guys, or maybe was even planting a seed of SUGGESTION because she's interested in you.

She just did a little ****-test to see how you would react.

If you had just reacted like: "no I am just talking to you the same way I would talk to any other girl like you." you would have been fine. It's the same as a girl saying: "why are you looking so angry?" or "you look like my boyfriend!". Don't let things like that phase you.

I simply wouldn't care too much. Just be positive about it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Of course not. I just wanted to know what flirting is, exactly. I mean, I dont know what it is lol nor how to do it, really. Maybe I was doing it without me even knowing so.
