"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Like today, all Sophomores had lunch together. I didn't really have anywhere to sit. I realized I really had no true friends. I haven't hung out with people since about Feb. Everyone time I try to hook something up, something goes wrong. What should I do?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

the first thing to do: talk to someone during class. classes are boring and good for slipping in a hi or two. its really easy, ecspecially if youre like me and tend to make comments during class. its not necessary though. see a guy who seems cool? look for something to say. he could be wearing a shirt with new york on it, ask him if he's from there. he mentions to the teacher he didnt have his homework cause its in his car that broke down? ask him about it. or just mention that this class blows or if he needs help on the problems.

body language is a big key. dont be a hunched up, nerdy style. stretch your legs out comfortably, lean back in your chair, keep your chin up, give a smile when people make jokes. you dont have to be joe jockman confidence yet, just dont be closed off and antisocial looking

ask for a name. 'whats your name?' 'jake' (nod) 'im danno'.

now when you see these people at lunch, walk up and say yo man and say what comes to mind from the earlier conversation...man even i'm gonna have to get help for those goddamn pages she gave us for tonight...just light conversation. its not hard, watch seinfeld and you'll eventually be able to get conversation out of anything. literally.

girls is probably more important, but i would work on social proof first just to get a feel for things. you can work on girls anytime, anyways.

Without social proof of some kind, it's damn near impossible to get anywhere in the women department. Social proof first, or you'll find yourself chasing shadows.

Approach girls first, do you realize once your in the lunch room approaching and working the room others are watching what you do so your automatically getting social proofed. Your basically doing boht at the same time so just go and approach stop worrying about social proof.
