"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

My stats:
I am 6'0'' and weigh 182 lbs. My waist size is 34 in. and my body fat % is about 10.5%. I am 20 years old if that matters.

You guys can probably imagine I am not really TOO lean/thin so a skinny guy program probably wouldn't be good. Yet I am also not fat/chunky, so I don't think I need to lost too much weight.

On the other hand, I am not really super built or muscular either but I came from being a bit bulky and a tad overweight (220lbs, 5'10'', 15% bf, 38 in waist) 2 years ago. That certainly did not look good, and I look better now.

I'm not sure how I should approach improving my physique from here and also where my target weight/body fat should be. I do know I'd like to look a bit more muscular, but not necessarily fatter.

Would the same weight (182 lbs) but with a body fat% of 6-8% be right? I don't know, so I'm asking here.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. (If this is something I should know from having read DIESEL's guides or something and I am just pissing you guys off, then I'm sorry).

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I am at 174 lbs, 8% body fat and I like how I am looking. If you could get to 180 with 5% (Which is actually my goal for the next few months) then you will look more on the muscular/big side.

If you are at 10% then I would bulk right now, but people might have you doing it the other way. If you cut right now though, down to 8ish which is what I am at now, you will probably be my weight; and at the you will look more cut :)

If you want to be strong (Above looking good), lift weights first and worry about cutting later (Your BF is fine) but if you want to be cut and have beeter aesthetics, I would cut first. Its just whatever your priorities are at. to cut 3-4% of BF won't take long at all.

I'm wondering how you're measuring your body fat, because I'm willing to bet you're about 5-7% too low. 5'10" at 220 lbs is not 15% body fat, unless you're fukkin built like a tank. 5'10 at like 185-190 would be 15% body fat, realistically... again, unless you're built, which you said you aren't.

Anyway, what I think, is if your waist is 34, and such, at about 182.... I could see you bulking to 210 or 205 or so, before starting a cutting cycle. If you put on some solid muscle, you can get some nice cuts going, and bring it out.
