I'm interested in a girl, but she seems to love playing childish games. She is young (23), and that could explain it.

Anyway, she was the one who initiated a flirt with me. It was quite physical for a while, she sometimes leaned her tits and hips on me, lots of "accidental" rubbing at me, feet-flirting and so on. I was going to ask her out a while back, but I lost the courage.

There's one thing I don't understand though. One time it was me, her and another guy (lets call him Sam) talking at work. Then she says, while looking at me and smiling, "you know, me and Sam is very close". Then I say "oh, so you are so close that you are almost..." then she changed the subject before I finished (I was going to end with "hooking up?"). I know that she's not attracted to him in any way, even though she has been flirting with him, but was she trying to make me jealous? I used to get a little jealous when she was flirting with him, until I realised that she only sees him as a friend.

Then there's this other guy (lets call him Peter). I changed office not long ago, and now I am sitting next to Peter (not the same departement as the girl anymore). A while back (just before I changed office) she told me "you know, Peter looks so.....innocent, always smiling". And not long after that she started a massive talking/(flirting) offensive against Peter. And its always Peter she wants to talk to, and barely takes notice of me. She comes to him several times a day to ask him about stuff she needs help with, and is usually laughing and kidding. She also did what I would consider flirting with him once, In my presence. What bothers me is that she asks him to come to her office and help her, and then they sit there behind closed door. Who knows what they are doing?? I hope she doesn't do with him, what she did with me (leaning her tits on him)!

You need more background info before answering this. Peter is not a guy I would think she could be attracted to. He's short (shorter than her with high heels), bald on the top, very quiet and kinda submissive (he does whatever she asks him to), doesn't shave and dress boring. But he's nice, smart and makes decent money. I've also noticed that he's starting to like her, because he's nervous around her in lunch, and blushes and stuff. Oh, I almost forgot, I once read an email she sent to him where she called him "buddy" (friend). Is she actually attracted to him, or trying to make me jealous or just wants to play him around/be friends?

I have a feeling she could be interested in me. She is often nervous around me, but calms down as soon as I talk to her. I got a lot of buying signals a few months back. Recently she "accidentally" brushed her butt at my arm twice in the lunch room (actually in front of Peter). That same instance she was sitting very close to me, reading my paper with me. What is all these games about? I can't say I have "catched" her in physical flirt with other guys (except for some playful punches or pokes). But I don't know what she does when nobody watches. Is she trying to make me jealous or what?

My best advice to you is to not let anyting she does phase you whatsoever. Don't blush and act shy around her like the other guy. When she tried to talk to you about something don't jump when she snaps her fingers tell her you are busy right now and will get back to her in a few or something like that.

The best this girl is good for is sex. Know that before you proceed in any way.

I was WAITING for someone to say this. Lesson #1: NEVER mess with a chick at your job, especially in this economy. Even McDonalds is not hiring as much as they used to. It's never worth it.

Lesson #2: (Assuming this wasn't a girl you worked with), always look at women with a critical, evaluative eye. This chick flirts with you and the entire office. She gets off on making you THINK that you have some kind of hold on her, and does the same with every other egghead in the office. It makes her feel good about herself.

We don't work together actually, only in the same building. And my job isn't that much worth, I am going to find a new one within half a year anyway.

Yes, she is a flirty girl, and thats why I like her.. She loves attention too. But what girl doesn't at this age? And I think most young girls use jealousy and flirting as a tool to get what they want. I think I could live with her behavior as long as she doesn't cross the line. The strange part is that she comes to ME and tells me about these guys. And the fact that she only seem to "flirt" with guys that work close to me. The same day I changed office, she stopped "flirting" with Sam (who I no longer work next to), and started "flirting" with Peter (who I now work next to). In lunch today, she started talking about Peter with some other women. He was so "tidy" and stuff. And afterwards they told him that they had been talking about him, and that he got one star in her book for being so tidy.. Anyway, after the first time I tried to ask her out, I decided to lessen my attention to her. After a while she got really out of balance, trying every trick in the book to get me back. At lunch, she was just sitting there with a sad face every day, looking at me every now and then. Her voice was trembling like she was nervous. After a while she just left. And when she saw that I was happy without her she came to me and asked if I was still single..

I also remember once some of the other women was flirting a bit with me. She got so jealous..

And I remember the day she told me about how close she and Sam was when the three of us were eating overtime dinner at work. The next day only me and her were going to work overtime. And when it was time to eat I noticed how awfully nervous she was. Her hand was shaking, and she was eating in a furious speed. When she was finished she said "well, its time to work I guess". I just ignored it and started asking her about some personal stuff. And suddenly she just relaxed and smiled, and was more than willing to talk. Also she started leg-flirting with me!!
