“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Thanks for all the good input guys.

And just to clarify, i WILL NOT cut my hair. Trust me, getting tail isn't an issue, the girls love my hair, and my philosophy on hair is simply this:

If it's there, i'm happy.

As far as adding some mass i'm going to start training as best i can at high intensity. If anyone can give some advice as to get the most out of a half hour to an hour workout, i'd appreciate it.

Also, isn't doing most of the lifts mentioned dangerous without a spotter? Dead lifts, powercleans, bench ect.

One last question for now. If my three rep bench max is 155lbs, what wieght should i train with and how many sets of how many reps?

Hmm, I'm not sure why you feel there's only one way to go with this issue. True Wolf is clearly a rock/indie kinda guy (see his guitar in the background?) - loads of chicks love this style..

In that case, what type of haircut do you recommend?

Cheers,

:) I posted a link to what type of haircut. But back to tee dub.

Benches, Squats and anything where the bar is over your body, could be potentially dangerous without a spotter. Yes. Which is why you get a spotter, and get one that knows what their doing. If the weight starts going back down, they either help it UP, or keep it from landing on you (such is the case with dumbell work)

search for the "idiot's guide to growth" -- WBA has covered it all and then some.

it's easy in most gyms to grab a spotter for a couple sets of bench pressing after you're warmed up.

a properly adjusted squat rack is sufficient to keep you out of trouble once you have proper form down on squats.

i don't understand why you would want or need a spotter for deadlifts or power cleans. i'm not even sure where a spotter would stand w/o putting himself in more peril than the lifter.....

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
