"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

What is your way of reminding yourself that you're the prize and you should be won?

For me, it's just being prideful of myself that I'm a man and kicking whatever pedestal that's beneath her.

Being a man should be the best feeling every male goes through when they wake up in the morning.

As Meast does, I work out, then look in the mirror with no shirt and check out my abs and veins. I can make every vein on my whole upper body show if I flex. Like a Frank Frazetta painting minus the battle Axe, dragons and naked chicks.

Also, I dress up and go out and have beautiful women compliment me. I'm telling you guys, you need to try wearing a bow tie. I've never worn one and not a beauty throw herself at me. Tonight I got the phone number of a girl 17 years my junior who was with her DAD (and no, not at a strip bar).

Well for me, I look around the club or the bar and I see all those sad dudes, protecting themselves with their beers and I realize that I don't need to be drunk to dance or to talk to girls. I also don't care about outcome of interactions.

Sometimes the girls will come to me and make it easy. Sometimes it will be difficult and I will get rejected. But I remind myself that the reason I'm getting results it's because I'm having fun without the help of any girls and I don't care as much as before.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Currently, it's seeing my gf's sister's jealousy. She apparently had a big crush on me, and is now bitter about me being with her younger, hotter sister :D

There's also the women who would love a night with me, and the ones who were angry and devastated when I broke up with them.

These are things that indirectly tell you that you ARE the prize.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Lol, how old is the older sister, Des?
Side note: You must have gotten divorced at just the right time, you seem to be doing very well since.

"I am the prize" is a great mindset to have. Only problem is, in nature males are generally the pursuer while the female is the chooser. That doesn't necessarily negate the male being the prize, however.

To really be the prize though, you should have evidence that you are pursued, like Desdinova here.

Some of these answers strike me as a little weak though. I look in the mirror and flex? Really?

  • Whenever I go past a couple and the girl is giving me the "oooh upgrade" look while totally forgetting the man she's currently with.
  • Whenever I'm out with my girl and hotter chicks are giving her jealous looks, you can tell they're thinking "how the hell did she land THAT?" Tend to be chicks who think that a pretty face is more than enough to counteract their rotten personalities.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
