  • Work weekdays to pay the bills and save for grad school
  • Study daily to further my education
  • Hit the gym on weekdays
  • Practice the guitar for motor association cortex (hand skills), Wernicke's area (hearing/emotion), and the cerebellum (coordination) - diagram
    • started this daily routine two months ago and wish I had started years ago, lol. Never too late to start something new though... the mind loves to play and explore creativity.
  • Try to squeeze in some time for deep breathing / meditation / prayer before bed time

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

  • Get up at 4am or earlier.
  • Start work by 5am (you can be done by 1pm).
  • Hit the gym with my physical trainer at 6am.
  • The finest foods and coffee.
  • Drink only fine wine and vodka.
  • Eat organic, local, green, raw, biodynamic, in season foods.

- Wake up at 5 am
- Run/walk 4-5 miles 6 am -7 am
- 8 am breakfast
- 9 am shower may be some online time
- 10 am - 6 pm errands,lunch,buissness
- 7 pm happy hour/dinner I usually eat dinner out.
- 10 pm bed
