What is wrong with me?

Right this is gonna be difficult to explain....
Most of the time i feel "weird" i feel like i just woke up from a deep sleep.But this is all the time.
Any ideas?

Perhaps the problem is you are never REALLY getting up from a deep sleep after the appropriate number of hours kip?

Or you could be eating really unhealthily, not breathing properly and staying indoors all the time.. .??
