Me personally...Id say its over the top PUA sh1t. But you didnt ask for my opinion.
Push-Pull...when boiled down is essentially a technique to avoid overpursuit of a woman. Whats ironic is I agree with the premise of push pull and everything its about really...just not the over analyzation that comes from calling it a "technique".
When you push...you show disinterest/lack of interest
When you pull...you show interest
Its advised you tailor it to a girls actions. For instance when she does something awesome for you...you pull. When shes a brat...you push. Reward good behavior. Punish bad behavior. Sounds simple enough right? For instance, I just do it automatically...I dont need to analyze whether I need to push or pull based upon her actions...I legit just do it....its common sense to me. But this really helps the "nice guys" because they pull when they should be pushing and end up chasing the girl right out of their lives. Ill give a quick example to wrap up...
Beta guy is seeing a new HB6 and enjoys her time. HB6 enjoys BG and thinks hes a good guy. Beta guy starts texting her all the time(pull) and begins to overwhelm her. So she backs away and needs space....but BG begins to panic and texts her even more now(pulling) when he should be giving her that space(pushing) and allow her to come back chasing him.

Pretty much what Gambino said. It's a series of (common sense to me) techniques to prevent you from chasing women.
For example, she doesn't return your call, you pull back and wait for her to call you.
She declines your date offer, you pull back and see if she counter offers.
She gives mixed signals, you pull back and counter it with heightened disinterest.
She disrespects you, you pull back and freeze her out until she apologizes or you can use negs for minor infranctions.

An important element that should be added is that women tend to rate themselves as being as hot as the hottest guy they ever bagged. So, if she's a 6, odds are in her head she thinks she's a 7.5 or an 8. You may see her for the 6 she is. Doesn't mean she sees it that way.TheException said:

Push - Girl then tells you that you are bad for her. You'd be better off as friends. Runs off to another part of the bar.
Pull - Girl comes back and says she can't stay away, you are just too sexy.
Done effectively, you will become more and more invested in her until she can play you like a puppet. It causes all your mental energy to become focused on her because your brain is trying to figure out the dissonance.
Guys with their **** together will stay grounded in themselves and recognize the situation. When she hits you with a push, you have to push even harder. Always be willing to walk away.
