Well i hate a deep hate for my ex gf for a loooong time. We started talking again on aim, and i feel alot better? I feel alot better that i dont have this hate burrowed deep in me. You should do all you can to not keep in touch with her.... It's same way a drug user won't get over his habit if he keeps going back for a little more.
