One test is the emotional test. Women by nature are more moody than men. She'll often want a guy that will be strong for her emotionally when she isn't (like her rock so-to-speak). Women will test your interest level also. The great rule I've been told is that: If it feels like a test and it's pertinent to the situation..it's a test.
Really..a woman just wants a man to stand for something and not be afraid of expressing it through action. It really has to do with being honest and thinking for yourself. I personally get bored really quick with a woman who has no opinions or passions in life.
If you ask someone what they've been up to and they respond with "Work..(silence)" That is BORING. That is LAME..That is not ATTRACTIVE. To ANYONE.
There is much more to be said, but I'll leave that to more experienced guys to talk about.
