Easy, it's whatever Chuck Fsckin Norris uses.![]()
You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
I still stand by this. If there can be weapons form in martial arts, then truely the ultimate weapon to put some one down with (without blowing the crap out of the surrounding area...sometimes) is the gun.Originally posted by PRMoon
Marksmanship is the best fighting style fellas.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
I read somewhere that more people have died in wars since the invention of the gun by hand to hand (non shooting weapons included) than anything else. I'll try and remember where i read it and grab a source.Originally posted by PRMoon

The militarys of the world train their soldiers in hand to hand combat but when it's an option, they always go for a gun. Hence if are looking for the ultimate fighting technique you need look no further then the end of my barretta.

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Think about some of the wars, bayonette charges, trench fighting and the likes. I read it in a peer reviewed journal during my history class at uni, in a few weeks when i have access to the database i'll link it.Originally posted by PRMoon

First off your original post said NON SHOOTING weapons included and in this one you mention bayonette charges which is combat with a weapon. Also the bulk of trench fights also were won at the end of a barrel.Originally posted by Chillisauce

My point anyway is that war is alot more brutal than many people suspect, its not some point and shoot video-game.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
what about swords form? Doesn't that count, after all it is a martial arts form.Originally posted by Jayer
lets stick to hand to hand combat, no weaponary please.

for instance, in the US Civil War, more soliders died from disease/infection than all of the combat deaths put together.
IMO I think if you've got to pick ONE style to rule them all in a street fight, Krav Maga would be the best.
True, I'm sure any Krav Maga classes you would take over here in the US are going to be half-assed verions of the real thing. What the IDF learns, I'm sure is a different version all together.Originally posted by WORKEROUTER

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
