"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

What is more alpha while walking; smiling or looking serious?

I would say serious. Some of the top alpha males of today's society were quite serious in their prime: Mike Tyson, Bruce Lee, Hitler, etc. The whole smiling thing comes off as unauthentic to me.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

True alphas constantly give themselves a prostate check up.

Doing what you want is more alpha. Asking others how to act is most beta.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If you make people around you feel compfortable, that's a good start. Going around with a fixed expression just trying to look something you are not so not what you want. Try looking around and getting situation understood.

If the inside reflects on the outside, I walk around with a smile on my face.

It's not directed at any one person, if I say good morning or hello and folks are too dumb to respond with common courtesy, I'm still fine regardless :)

It's about being authentic. If you are a happy, smiley guy, so be it. I'm a serious guy, so I just "own" the serious look. Some people are initially put off by it, but once they get to know me, they see that serious doesn't necessarily equal cold. I'm a friendly serious guy if that makes sense.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I am told by my family to not be so miserable, to go out and smile. I know better. It's not realistic, so yeah I am really depressed and miserable, negative and pessimistic.

When I am in public and there are women I constantly feel at war with myself, fighting imaginary people. It sucks if you aren't that attractive, and I have felt like this for years.

When I see college girls on the bus, I am reminded of the time when I was that age and groups of girls used to laugh at me just for existing. I never knew why.

So now I generally feel invisible. It doesn't matter what I do, and it won't likely have much impact because they don't care. A lot of this red pill advice makes a lot of sense when applied to my social life.

Serious is alpha. Laughing and smiling is the court jester.

If you want to smile, smile. If you want to be serious, be serious. Who cares what other people think. You do what you feel like because you are a man.

The fact that you are asking this question indicates:
1. You are a certified not-alpha
2. You are trying to wear a mask rather than work on your inner self
3. You need a major course correction in your life

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Serious when out and about walking or whatever. Smile when being introduced to someone for the first time. When out with a chick should be laughter most of the time. . either laughing yourself or more important making her laugh.
