I posted this question as a reply in the escorts vs. civvies thread but I think it got overlooked since there are so many replies. I have never heard the term civvy before and googling hasn’t helped.

I mean, if you pay an escort and start a session, and all you do is grope her and run out of the place.

It's meets all of the classifications: 1) She is a total stranger in public (ie apart from the fact you are aware she is an escort and you made some sort of arrangement, either incall/outcall/carcall to see her) 2) She has a gropeable bum 3) You groped her. 4) You can walk/run out of the session at any time for any reason (ie esp. after you've paid her. Nobody is forcing anyone to stay).

Of course, you can always ask a "civvie" stranger in public if you can grope her, if you can think of something non-offensive to say to deliver such a request, and if she consents, then obviously you can grope her too. What point? In order to make a point it has to be based on facts. Of course I take facts literally otherwise are we talking fiction?

Either way, this is a sick topic/reply given its against my religion to use an escort (ie strictly because I'm not married to her), so in that sense I would agree that it's a sick type of fact-check.
